HDV on Final Cut PRO? How can i capture and edit?

Hi all of you out there,
I know this is a silly question but i really wanna know that i shot on SONY Z1 on 1080160 and now i wanna grab it on final cut pro 5.4.1. I have PPC mac G5 without any hd capture card. Anyone who can answer my question please...
